OBSERVER RULES

For universities that are not registered as a Competitor, its Observers shall have unlimited access to all proceedings for the purpose of learning.
For universities that register as both Competitor and Observer, its Observer shall automatically have direct affiliation to the Competitor and thus shall not attempt to attend any oral round their Competitor Team is not assigned to. In line with the strict scouting rule of the Indonesian National Round of Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition 2023, in the event the Observer Team attends an oral round of an opponent of the Competitor Team, this will consequently result in the automatic grant of the winning point to the opponent team. Please refer to the Jessup Rules 2023 on Observers.
The Observer Team registration is conducted to Indonesian Society of International Law (INASIL) only. Registration to International Law Student Association (ILSA) is not required. Registration will be closed on 30 November 2022.
An Observer Team may only consist maximum of 3 (three) members.
The registration fee for Observer in the Indonesian National Rounds of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition 2023 is Rp1,000,000.00 (Additional Rp350.000,00 per person).

Disclosure
By registering for the Indonesian National Round of Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition 2022 ("Jessup INR") the Observer authorize INASIL to take photos and videos and make any type of recording of you, your written and spoken work, the faculty advisor, and any and all persons or guests affiliated with your team, during the Jessup INR and to reprint, transcribe, edit, excerpt from, or otherwise include any and all materials from the Jessup INR on the INASIL websites, and in other promotional, educational, and commercial materials prepared by INASIL for distribution internally or externally anywhere in the world, and to use your name, voice, and image in connection with the foregoing.
